About Me

My passion for health and fitness stems from my own personal journey, one where I discovered the power of moving and fueling my body in ways that support both physical and mental wellbeing. That journey led me to fall in love with a balanced, sustainable approach to health. It inspired me to help others do the same.

With over six years of experience in personal training, nutrition, and female health, I bring a holistic approach to every class I teach. I founded Pilates By Sianna to guide and help others on their own wellness journeys.

My classes are designed for every body, no matter your age, experience level, or goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance stability, or simply feel better in your body, these sessions are for you.

As your instructor, my aim is to guide you with encouragement and intention, helping you move with purpose, build confidence, and feel your best from the inside out. Each class is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, grow stronger, and leave feeling refreshed, uplifted, and empowered.
